Q&A Session Part Two Released: Exciting Results from the SAFARI Project

The SAFARI project partners have shared their insights on the project’s latest developments and innovations in the second part of our Q&A video series. In this video, partners answered the key question: “What results or developments are you most excited to see coming out of the SAFARI project?”

SAFARI is making significant progress in producing MXenes and Graphene using the Safe and Sustainable by Design framework. This approach ensures that the development of these advanced materials prioritizes both safety and sustainability throughout the entire process.

The project is currently testing the produced MXenes and MXenes/Graphene hybrids in three main applications:

1. Biosensors

2. Conductive inks

3. EMI shielding

These applications showcase the potential of these innovative materials in various fields, including electronics, sensing technologies, and electromagnetic interference protection.
